What the system does
Cameras read each vehicle’s plate on approach. Recognised vehicles trigger the barrier automatically, so access is contactless and drivers do not stop to present a pass or wait for a manual check at the gate.
Access decisions, vehicle movements and equipment status are pushed to a cloud platform, giving the site a live view of what is happening rather than a report compiled after the fact.
How it is put together
The LPR barrier, the recognition engine and the site’s systems talk to each other over machine-to-machine connectivity, with the cloud platform as the single place records and alerts are held.
